India vs New Zealand test series: Ishant Sharma out of Indian team due to injury

The Indian team has to play the second Test match against New Zealand from Saturday. Earlier, the Indian team has suffered a big blow as fast bowler Ishant Sharma. Ishant Sharma will probably miss the second Test due to injury. According to reports, Ishant Sharma will have to be dropped from the Indian team due to ankle injury.
Ishant Sharma suffered a heel injury while playing Ranji Trophy for the Delhi team. After this, he was away from cricket and corrected the injury by spending time with the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) medical team at the National Cricket Academy (NCA). After this, he had passed the fitness test and played the match the next day in New Zealand.
Even in the first Test match against New Zealand, Ishant Sharma bowled fluently and took 5 wickets, but now this experienced bowler will have to sit out of the playing eleven due to the same injury. In such a situation Umesh Yadav can make a place in the playing XI. Umesh Yadav is known for his fast ball. They are also capable of batting a bit faster when needed.
Ishant Sharma bowled 22.2 overs in the first innings against the Kiwi team in the Wellington Test match, bowling 6 overs maiden and taking 5 wickets for 68 runs. Umesh Yadav will be part of the team in place of Ishant Sharma, who has toured New Zealand many times, having played 45 Test matches for India and has taken 142 wickets. In the last few matches, he has also scored runs with the bat. However, Navdeep Saini will still be looking for a chance to make his Test debut, which is his first association with the team.
