Virat Kohli and Anushka to donate money in PM cares fund to help fight COVID-19



Indian cricket team captain Virat Kohli has also decided to contribute to the battle with Kovid-19. Kohli tweeted on Monday that he and his wife Anushka Sharma will help PM-Cares and Maharashtra Chief Minister Relief Fund.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi appealed to the country to help the PM-Cares fund, after which many people related to sports have contributed to it.

The world is also playing its role in the battle with Kovid-19. Sachin Tendulkar decided to give 50 lakhs, Suresh Raina 52 lakhs, PV Sindhu 10 lakhs.


Anushka and I are pledging our support towards PM-CARES Fund & the Chief Minister's Relief Fund (Maharashtra). Our hearts are breaking looking at the suffering of so many & we hope our contribution, in some way, helps easing the pain of our fellow citizens



Virat wrote on Twitter, 'Anushka and I take an oath to help the PM-Cares Fund and Chief Minister Relief Fund (Maharashtra). Seeing the problems of so many people, our heart hurts and we hope that our cooperation might help to reduce their pain to some extent. '
