Harbhajan Singh will not go to UAE with Chennai Super Kings. Harbhajan will later join the team for personal reasons.

According to reports, Harbhajan has told the franchisee that his mother is ill and because of this he will not be able to accompany the team. The off-spinner is expected to join the team after two weeks.

The Indian Premier League ( IPL ) will be played in the UAE from 19 September. The final of the 53-day league will be held on 10 November.

The 40-year-old off-spinner was not part of the Chennai Super Kings ' five-day camp (CSK Camp in Chennai). Apart from him, Ravindra Jadeja and fast bowler Shardul Thakur also did not practice with the team.

Thakur joined the team on Wednesday, while Jadeja is expected to join the team on Thursday.

The Chennai Super Kings camp ends on Thursday. It is reported that Captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni (Mahendra Singh Dhoni) looked quite satisfied with the preparations of the team at the MA Chidambaram Stadium.
